Our Mission

The mission of this agency is to go beyond the norm and to provide the best quality customer care, commitment and services for all of our customers. Central Iowa Insurance carries with it a proud heritage, as being one of the top agencies for over the last twenty years. It is our goal to maintain that proud heritage, to expand and improve upon it daily. As it is our belief to grow as individuals we must first grow as a "group".

Agency History

• GENE AND DETHIA DOOLEY ESTABLISHED DOOLEY INSURANCE AGENCY INC, (IN 1949. IN INDIANOLA IOWA) Feb 27th 1967
• James and Virginia Clendenen purchased the Dooley agency. ‍ Oct 22nd 1973 Robert and Janella Guilford purchased Dooley Insurance agency and changed the name to Central Iowa Insurance Services, Inc. ‍
• April 1st 1983 Gorden Doerr partnered with the Guilford's. ‍
• May 1st 2000 Carrol Isley bought out Doerr and Guilford and kept the name Central Iowa Insurance Services, Inc.
• He saw a ton of growth potential and was eager to get after it. We now have 5 locations including Carlisle, Indianola, Leon, Pleasantville, Chariton.
